A conditional effect, written in the format “if [CONDITION], [EFFECT], [ADDCONDITION], [ADDEFFECT] ...” is a collection of two or more effects that are only generated if the condition is met for each respective effect. Typically, the CONDITION fully specifies an amount required to met the conditional for generating EFFECT, and each subsequent ADDCONDITION will specify a different but related amount required to met the conditional for generating its respective ADDEFFECT. The CONDITION and each subsequent ADDCONDITION are evaluated all at once before any of the effects are generated.

Example: Enflame the Firebrand has the text “if you control 2 or more Draconic chain links, this gets go again, 3 or more, your attacks are Draconic this combat chain, 4 or more, this gets +2{p}.” which are 3 conditional continuous effects, that are conditional on the player controlling 2 or more, 3 or more, and 4 or more draconic chain links respectively. Even if the number of chain links increases from generation of the second effect, it would not cause the conditional to be revaluated for the third effect.
