Optfall

Subrule · Chapter 1

cr:1.9.3b

If a named-event cannot occur, then none of the events that comprise the named-event occur. If the events that comprise the named-event cannot occur, then named-event is not considered to have occurred.

Example: Opt 1 is a named-event for collection of two other events: look at the top card of the deck, and put the top card on the top or bottom of the deck. If there are no cards in a player’s deck, both the look and put events fail to occur, so the opt named-event as a whole fails to occur.
